The pictures show the standard 6'x8' shed.

Summary:

These quality pent roof sheds are available 4'x6', 5'x7', 6'x8' and 6'x10'. Features include strong 2" thick wall framing, a tongued and grooved floor and roof and a choice of deal or cedar cladding. The doors are ledged and braced with a key lock. The 6'3" height at the rear ensures plenty of headroom. The doors can be fitted in the front or the side. Unlike other sheds at similar prices, these buildings are traditionally made in large rigid panels with glass windows and no man made boards. Instructions are supplied for self assembly. We offer fitting as a low cost option in many areas.

TONGUED & GROOVED FLOOR & ROOF - NO MAN MADE BOARDS: The floor and roof feature 12mm thick tongued and grooved boards with 2" thick framing. This is stronger and longer lasting than cheaper sheds with man made boards used in the floor and roof. Man made boards are often only 7mm thick and do not last as long in damp conditions. Floors made with man made boards are normally too flimsy even for light use. The man made boards commonly used in cheaper sheds include chipboard and OSB or oriented strand board. These are often described as a "sheet floor" or a "solid board floor" which is deliberately misleading.

PLANED SHIPLAP CLADDING: These garden sheds feature smooth planed fully interlocking tongued and grooved shiplap wall cladding. This design ensures that rainwater drains faster and the timber dries quicker, which ensures a longer life for your garden shed. Our shiplap is fully tongued and grooved which is stronger than the half lap shiplap or rebated shiplap used by some others.

GLASS WINDOWS - NO STYRENE OR PERSPEX: The windows feature horticultural glass as standard. This is more rigid than the plastic glazing used in many cheaper sheds, which is often less than 2mm thick. Plastic glazing is far more likely to blow out in winds. It is only used because most outside carriers refuse to carry glass. The plastics commonly used as glazing for cheaper sheds include styrene, perspex, polycarbonate and acrylic.

SIZES - DEPTH AND WIDTH: Sizes are sometimes rounded to the nearest nominal size for ease of reading but the correct external wall sizes are listed alongside the price. The first dimension listed is the depth and the second dimension is the width. The depth refers to the sloping wall. The sizes listed are the external wall sizes. These sizes do not include the roof overhang. Many other suppliers quote the overall roof size which is much larger. All sizes are approximate.
